	Hands-on experience in stressing of components/sub-systems and systems

	Good Industry experience in stress calculations, test correlation and re-sizing
	Exposure to industry standard verification & validation methods
	Knowledge of industry Best Practices & Standards
	Hands on experience of latest CAE tools like Nastran/Patran/Abaqus/ Hypermesh /MSC.Fatigue

3. Analysis (Crash/ MBD/CFD) (Code : AE) >>

	Experience in engineering analysis of mechanical structures and systems

4. Manufacturing Support (Code : ME) >>

	Experience in NC programming for aero/auto /General components
	Experience in Manufacturing support activities like Reverse engineering, tool design, including Press tools, Mold Tools, jigs & fixtures design.

	Knowledge about latest manufacturing methods
	Good understanding of latest CAM/DM tools like CATIA/UG/DELMIA/MASTERCAM/VERICUT etc
	Hands-on experience in designing tools for components/sub-systems and systems

5. Product Development (Code : PD) >>

	Experience in product development tasks like – concept/design/produce/support
	Should have good industry experience in end-to-end product design and development

	Experience in supporting the clients in integrating the PLM products into their organizations
	Should have good experience in PLM implementation meeting global standards in terms of – quality, cost and schedule
	Good experience in usage of latest tools & technologies
	Hands-on experience in configuration management/change management/customization/localization etc
	Proven experience of PLM implementation & support in the field of Aerospace,Defense, Automotive,Transportation , Energy and Industrial system domain

Documentation Engineering :

1. Technical Publication (Code : TP) >>

	Good Domain knowledge and industry Best Practices & Standards
	Experience in Development of manuals for Maintenance, Operation, Repair and Overhaul support for Aircrafts, Automobiles, Aero-Engines and Components

	Should be capable of Creation of detailed parts list (DPL) for illustrated parts Catalog (IPC) and Illustrated Parts List (IPL)

	Experience in creation and revision of Service Bulletins and Revision / Updation of existing manuals
	Capable of carrying out Technical Illustration activities like Creation of illustrations from design drawings, Creation of exploded view illustrations for IPC/IPL.

	Provide user friendly structured documentation system for storing electronic documents and/or graphics
	Hands on experience of Data Publishing SGML/XML for publishing to ITEM
	Development/customizations of style sheets/schemas to define the format of data publishing
	Experience in preparing AMM, SRM, WM, TSSM, SB, CMM, AIPC, EIPC, EM, CIR, PPBuM, SPM
	Hands on experience in Authoring tools like Epic Editor (SGML/XML), Adobe Frame Maker (SGML/XML), Adobe Page Maker, MS Word. And ILLUSTRATION tools like Isodraw , Autotrol Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator ,AutoCAD

Marketing and Business development :

1. Marketing, Business Development & Sales (Code : MBS) >>

	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)

	Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
